In this play, we explore the darker side of pageants, telling the story of a girl that dreams to one day hold the title of "Pearl of the Orient", just like her mother did. She lacks confidence and fears that no matter how hard she tries, her competition will always be much better. In this play, we explore a love throughout the ages. Goddess Diyan Masalanata fell in love with a human, which led to her banishment to the mortal realm. She spends her days searching for him... only to perish when she finally finds him. Through reincarnation, she continues her quest to be with the human she loves. Will she succeed? Or will the jealous trickster god stop her from true love?
